BELIEVING is for you.

Thank you so much for checking out BELIEVING. We want you to know we love you, we’re here for you and that God is for you. We would love to have you join us IN PERSON for one of our services this Sunday where you’ll find a comfortable and energetic environment, vibrant music and powerful preaching designed to meet you where you are.

Plus, we have environments designed just for kids so that they can learn about God’s love for them on their level. These are open for you to check your kids from birth to fifth grade in before the service begins. So come early, get them checked in and then find your seat in the auditorium so you don’t miss a moment of the service!

Again, we thank God for you and look forward to seeing you this Sunday at BELIEVING.

What’s happening at BELIEVING?

SUNDAY SERVICES
Every Sunday we host services IN PERSON and ONLINE. These are filled with vibrant music, personal prayer and a sermon from the Bible given by Michael that will help you in this season of life.

We offer identical services IN PERSON at 9:15AM and 11AM and ONLINE at 9:15AM with the sermon dropping on YouTube first thing every Monday morning.

COMMUNITY
We believe people need people. That’s why everything we do is designed to help people build relationships with other people. From serving together on TEAMS, attending GROUPS, participating in events and more… we want to help you build the community you’ve always wanted before you need it.

OUTREACH
We’re “here for good” which means we’re always doing something to meet needs right here in our community. From meals for kids to Grocery PickUps, from community clean up through Beautiful Berclair to recovery events and much more, there’s always a place to serve through BELIEVING in Memphis.

Common Questions

What are the services like?
Our Sunday services are vibrant experiences combining music, video and preaching designed to connect people with God. We begin each service right on time with a time of connecting with God through music followed by a sermon straight from the Bible designed to help you connect with God through His Word and understand how His Word applies to your life today. Then, there is always an opportunity to respond to God’s Word in prayer, worship, communion or all of the above.

Each service lasts about 90 minutes in total, but we believe it’ll be a time that enhances the whole rest of your week!

What should I wear to a service?
On Sunday’s you’ll find people wearing everything from jerseys and J’s to their “Sunday best”. However you normally dress is fine. We ain’t here for a fashion show, so come as you are.

Do my kids come to the service with me?
On Sundays we have environments designed just for kids to have fun, make friends and connect with God’s love for them. We call it bKIDZ and it opens 15 minutes before services start on Sundays. There are age-appropriate environments for kids from birth through the fifth grade.

Once they complete the fifth grade, we invite them to connect into YOUTH and begin participating in the whole of the church with other middle and high school students.

When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the start of service. That way, you can park, make your way in, connect kids into their spaces [if you have them] and see what’s poppin’ in the Commons as we often have treats and opportunities there. Then, you’ll still have time to get a good seat and make sure you don’t miss a moment of the service.

Do I have to give money to come?
Of course not. Many who call BELIEVING home and believe in the work we’re doing in Memphis invest in that work by giving financially to support the services, outreach and more that happen through BELIEVING, but no one is ever forced to give.

Is there other stuff going on besides Sundays?
For sure. From Outreach happening constantly to GROUPS, CLASSES, TEAMS and more… there’s always something go on where you can know God, find community and make a difference. The best place to connect into any and all of that happens through an environment we call START or simply staying connected, right here, online.
